- E-gift cards are not a physical card, only an online code.
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction when purchasing E-gift cards.
- The total amount of money purchased on the E-gift card MUST be spent in full (e.g. not one penny below).
- Each E-gift card purchased has a redemption period of 12 months from the date of issue.

We ship worldwide and we attempt to ship orders within 3 working days
Most of our items will fit through your letterbox so no need to worry about being home for your delivery.
If you have ordered a large number of items, please note that your order may be sent out in multiple packages.
If you paid for tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number. This will update throughout the shipping journey up to the destination. If you didn’t select a tracked shipping service at checkout, then we cannot always track your order and delays can sometimes happen, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 days (UK) or 31 days (International), since your order date via our live chat or contact page, confirming your full name and shipping address.
