Can I choose what I get?

Items will be chosen at random and the jewellery will be a surprise. If there are any charms/pieces you don't want to receive in your mystery box, please let us know in the notes at the checkout and we can make sure you will only get pieces you love.
If there's any piece that you desperately want, we recommend purchasing that item separately from your mystery box.

What's inside?

As these boxes are a surprise, the contents of each box will all be different, so we can't guarantee any products or tell you what's inside (not knowing is all part of the fun!). There are details above to let you know exactly how many pieces to expect and some photo examples.
Boxes may include charms not yet on our website or limited edition pieces.

What if I've ordered before?

Each time you order a mystery box please let us know what jewellery you have received in the past in the ‘notes’ at the checkout so we can avoid sending you any duplicates!

We ship worldwide, and all orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.

Most items fit through a standard letterbox, so you don’t usually need to be home for delivery.
